Nikki Smith

Nikki Smith, MBA, currently serves as the AVP of Human Resources at VyStar Credit Union since June 2022. Prior to this role, Nikki held various positions at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation from 2015 to 2021, including Director of Human Resources Strategic Services and Human Resources Business Partner. Nikki also worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from 2010 to 2015 and was the Human Resources Director at LPS (formerly Fidelity) from 2007 to 2010. Nikki holds an MBA and an MA in Human Resources Management from Webster University, as well as a BA in Philosophy from the University of Florida.
