Rick Shinsec

Rick Shinsec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and technical services, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Journey Analytics at VyStar Credit Union since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Manager of Marketing Analytics at Newfold Digital from January 2021 to August 2022, and previously spent nearly a decade at Web.com in various roles, including Manager of Marketing Analytics and Technical Services Supervisor. Rick began their career at Network Solutions, where Rick worked as a Technical Services Specialist and Quality Assurance Coach. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
