Howard Maxey

Howard Maxey serves as the VP of Enterprise Applications at Vytalize Health, leading the application strategy and cross-organizational collaboration to drive innovation. Previously, Maxey held various leadership roles at Elevance Health, including Director of Payment Innovation Operations, where focus was on operational excellence in Value Based Solutions, and Director of Network Management within the Medicare ACO Reach Network Operations. Additional experience encompasses positions at TEKsystems, City of Chesapeake, ipConfigure, Old Dominion University, Christian Broadcasting Network, and Christopher Newport University, featuring expertise in system analysis, technical support, and project leadership. Maxey holds a BA in History with a minor in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
