Field Embryologist at Vytelle

Katherine Vogel has worked in various roles since 2012. Katherine started as a Shift Supervisor at Papa Murphys Take N Bake Pizza in 2012. In 2016, they held two positions, a Student Co-Manager of Sheep Physiology Unit at the University of Florida College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and a Student Meats Lab Technician at the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. In 2017, they took an internship as a Cattle Ranch Intern at Strommen Ranch. In 2018, they became the Genomics & Embryo Coordinator at North Florida Holsteins. Katherine is currently a Field Embryologist at Vytelle since 2022.

Katherine Vogel received a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida in 2017. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Pasco-Hernando State College between 2013 and 2015. In addition to their degrees, Katherine has obtained three certifications: Beef Quality Assurance Certified from the University of Florida College of Agricultural and Life Sciences in December 2017, Artificial Insemination Certified from ABS Global in February 2017, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Certified from the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences in January 2017.
