Kerryann Kocher

Kerryann Kocher has over 18 years of work experience in the agricultural industry. In 2022, they joined Chief as a Member. From 2020-2021, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Vytelle. From 2019-2020, they were the Co-Host at Cultivated Conversations. From 2017-2019, they were the Founder and Principal at Rock Road Consulting, a boutique consulting practice that accelerates the translation of science and technology into meaningful value for farmers, ranchers, and producers. From 2015-2017, they were the Senior Director of the Farm Animal Business Unit at Bayer Animal Health, where they were accountable for an income statement of $120 million. From 2003-2015, they were at Elanco, where they held various roles, including Director of the US Poultry Business, Global Marketing Director of the Swine Brands, Brand Manager of the US Swine Marketing, and Sales Representative.

Kerryann Kocher attended Iowa State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Education.
