Matt Bate

Matt Bate is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Vytl Controls Group since September 2022, Bate previously held the position of President and CEO, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Inc. from February 2018 to May 2023. Prior roles include Controller positions at Pon and Schlumberger, where responsibilities encompassed diverse financial oversight functions. Bate's earlier experience includes roles at PwC and Verisk Analytics, starting as an Accountant at Stalworth Corporation. Bate holds both a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School.
