Fabrice Natovova

Fabrice NATOVOVA has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Deputy General Director at VYV 3 Pays de la Loire since January 2015, overseeing a network of 350 healthcare facilities across the region. In this role, Fabrice focuses on strategic planning and development within the auditory health sector, previously holding the position of Director of Auditory Health. Prior to VYV, Fabrice worked as an audioprothésiste at various organizations, including Mutuelles de Vendée and AUDIKA, starting from November 1999. Academic credentials include an Executive Management degree from Georgetown University, an MBA from IFG Executive Education, and a Master’s degree in Business Management from UVSQ. Additionally, Fabrice completed a program in Innovation at ESCP Business School.
