Jo-Ann Pangburn

Before entering the communications field, Jo-Ann spent a significant amount of time in the cosmetics industry. Jo-Ann worked at Macy's, LLC for 17 years, starting in May 2000 as a Cosmetics Business Manager. In this role, they were a certified makeup artist and business/counter manager for various prestigious brands such as Christian Dior, Shiseido, and Bare Minerals. Jo-Ann was also trained in other popular brands like Chanel, Clarins, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Origins, and Benefit.

Jo-Ann's professional journey began in 1996 when they worked as a Research Analyst at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) until May 2000. Prior to that, they were a Research Analyst and Customer Service Specialist at Bank of America from June 1987 to July 1996.

Before their corporate career, Jo-Ann was self-employed as a Professional Dog Trainer, Handler, and Groomer. Jo-Ann operated as a trainer, groomer, and exhibitor at AKC Championship Dog Shows. Jo-Ann also managed dog kennels for local AKC dog breeders and Professional Handlers. In addition, Jo-Ann taught Junior Showmanship and dog obedience training classes to local 4-H Youth.
