Martin Polívka

Martin Polívka has amassed a wealth of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on DevOps and team leadership roles. Martin served as a DevOps Lead at W.A.G. payment solutions, a.s. and held various positions at Summit Media UK, including roles such as DevOps Team Leader, Development Team Leader, Technical Release Manager, Senior Tech Leader, and Web Developer/Tech Leader. Additionally, Martin was the CEO and owner of MAPONET, where they developed websites and provided IT consulting services. Prior to that, they worked as a PHP/MySQL Developer and Webmaster for PCFoto.cz, showcasing their skills in programming, database design, and e-commerce site administration.

Martin Polívka completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the Faculty of Economics and Management at CZU Prague in 2007. Martin then went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, and Management from the same institution in 2009. Prior to that, they attended SPSE Jecna, Praha from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft. Martin also holds certifications in Development in Java from Prague IT Education and Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) from Google.
