Noor Y. is a multifaceted professional with expertise in customer service, project management, and creative design. Currently serving as the Founder and Director of Tallerets since October 2023, Noor Y. designs and facilitates artistic workshops for individuals of all ages. With extensive experience at EUROWAG since October 2017, Noor Y. has transitioned from leading a Customer Care team in Spain to designing the group's customer service strategy across 19 countries, emphasizing customer success and operational efficiency. Previous roles include improving customer relations at Regus as a Community Associate and driving client success at Escapada Rural as an Account Manager.
