Szilvia Csaplar

Szilvia Csaplar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management and logistics. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at EUROWAG since 2023, Szilvia oversees the integration of teams from WebEye and Eurowag while managing local branch operations in Hungary. Previously, Szilvia held multiple leadership roles at WebEye Telematics from 2015 to 2022, including Head of Customer Care and Project Manager, driving customer care initiatives across several countries. Earlier experience includes directing logistics at MedRes, managing purchasing and supply chain processes, and roles at Epicor Software Corp and Softonic.com focused on account management and revenue maximization. Szilvia holds a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing and TQM from Budapest Business School and has completed further training in software testing.
