Rochelle Burlock

Rochelle Burlock is experienced in customer service and leadership roles within both corporate and community settings. Currently serving as the Customer Service Center Manager at McCloud Services since August 2017, Rochelle oversees the customer service call center and supports sales and operations through the implementation of best practices and advanced technology. Additionally, as the Founder and Director of Women That Worship, Rochelle fosters a supportive community for female worship leaders and artists. Previous roles include Customer Service Team Lead at Women That Worship, Worship Leader at Harvest Bible Chapel from March 2010 to August 2017, and Customer Service Administrator at McCloud Services from January 2003 to March 2010.
