Isadora Kalil serves as the CFO of Certsys since August 2023, overseeing Finance, FP&A/Controllership, Human Resources, IT systems, and Administrative functions. As a member of W-CFO Brazil, Isadora actively supports women in finance through mutual assistance and diversity promotion. Previous consulting projects focused on enhancing governance and financial management in the healthcare sector. Isadora's extensive experience includes roles such as CFO and Administrative and Financial Director at Grupo A, where responsibilities spanned Finance, Treasury, and FP&A, among others. Additionally, leadership positions at Zenvia and BRF involved strategic financial planning, governance improvement, and capital market preparations. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and advanced studies in executive development and corporate governance from prestigious institutions.
