Silmara Santos

Silmara Santos currently serves as the CFO for Intertek in Brazil since November 2023 and is the Co-Founder and a member of the Conselho Fiscal at W-CFO Brazil since August 2020. Prior to their current positions, Silmara held various leadership roles, including CFO and HR & Administrative Head (Interim) at Vitabe Group, Head of Finance at Bunzl EPI, and CFO & Innovation Head at Security Segurança e Serviços. With a strong educational background that includes an MBA and a Master's in Business Controlling, Silmara has also contributed as an MBA teacher at FIPECAFI and has pursued several professional development programs in leadership and various aspects of finance and e-commerce. Silmara has extensive experience in finance, strategic planning, and human resources across multiple industries, including luxury goods, mining, and healthcare technology.
