Philippa Barker is an experienced public relations professional currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Restaurants, Property & Hotels at W Communications since December 2021. Prior to this role, Philippa worked at The Lucre Group from March 2014 to December 2021, advancing from Account Executive to Account Director. Philippa's early career included positions at various PR agencies, including an internship at Palm PR, a work placement at Voice PR, and another at Clarion Communications, where research for notable brands was conducted. Philippa began a career in marketing and PR with internships at Lucid UK and Ignito, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Swansea University.
