Mr. Ramsay’s diverse management experience in the construction field includes positions as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Project Executive. In 1999, Brian oversaw the successful launch of a new subsidiary office in Denver, Colorado. In March 2003, Brian was promoted to President of the California office, and in March 2014 was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of O’Neil Industries, Inc.
He studied B.S. Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
