Heather Wheelock

Heather Wheelock has diverse experience in administration, accounting, and court clerk roles. Heather is currently the Administration & Accounting Manager at W.E. O'Neil Construction. Prior to this, Heather held positions such as Accounting Manager at the same company, Office Manager/Assistant Controller at Spectrum Mechanical & Service Contractors LLC, and Courtroom Clerk at both Chandler Municipal Court and Navajo County Superior Court. Heather holds a Master of Public Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix.
