Lance Searcy is currently the Director of the Special Project Group and Senior Project Manager at W.E. O'Neil Construction. With a background in commercial general contracting, Lance has experience in project management, business development, contract negotiations, cost control, and team management. Lance has also held positions at companies such as PG Arnold Construction, GE Johnson Construction Company, Bryan Construction Inc., RK Mechanical, and McMurry Ready Mix. Lance graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2012.
