Starting as an Account Executive at Pepper Construction Company, Steve later progressed to project management roles at Leopardo Construction, Morgan / Harbour Construction LLC, Charles Hall Construction, LLC, Focus, and currently at W.E. O'Neil Construction. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.
