Miguel Bolaños, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and corporate governance. As the Senior Equity Partner and Founder of W Executive España since January 2023, Miguel specializes in strategic roles within management committees and advisory boards. In addition to serving as a Board Advisor for NextMove Outplacement & Transition Program, Miguel holds the position of Associate Professor at Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE.
