Rafael Prieto

Rafael Prieto is an experienced professional in executive search and human resources consulting, currently serving as Equity Partner and Founder at W Executive España since February 2023. Previously, Rafael held the position of International Director at Claire Joster from January 2022 to February 2023. Rafael's extensive career includes various roles at IHR Consultancy from February 2006 to December 2021, culminating in Managing Partner, as well as positions as Head of LatAm, Country Manager for Colombia, Associate Director, and Senior Consultant. Rafael's earlier experience includes working as Key Account Manager Support at BBVA from 2004 to 2006. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University (2002-2003) and a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1998-2003).
