Dorothy Adams, MBA has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain management and has held leadership positions at several aerospace companies. Dorothy currently works as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at W.F. Young, Inc. Previously, they served as an Associate Director at Collins Aerospace where they were responsible for establishing supplier compliance to global chemical regulations, and developing and executing business cost reduction initiatives. Dorothy also served as an Associate Director at UTC Aerospace Systems where they led cross-functional activities related to cost reduction on the Boeing 787 program. Earlier in their career, they were a Sr. Manager for New Product Introduction and Commodity Manager for Hamilton Sundstrand where they achieved significant cost reductions by negotiating with key partner suppliers and managed commodity teams.
