David Heiden

David Heiden is currently the Managing Partner at W Financial since May 2007. Prior to that, David held various Vice President positions at BRT Realty Trust, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and Bankers Federal Savings Bank. David also served as an Assistant Vice President at Sterling National Bank. David obtained a MS in Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal from New York University and a BA in Finance from Baruch College. David has a background in credit analysis and loan officer roles.
