Ericka Bean

Ericka Bean has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Safety Director at WG Clark Construction Co. since September 2004, where responsibilities include enhancing safety measures, developing training modules, and managing accident investigations. Since September 2000, Ericka has contributed as a Committee Member at Construction Industry Technical College, focusing on educational initiatives within the Carpenter's and Laborers Apprentice Committee. Previous experience includes a carpentry role at WG Clark from 1993 to 2009, where Ericka participated in the construction of various building types such as mixed-use developments and medical facilities. Ericka holds a Human Resources certificate from the University of Washington and a Journey Level Carpenter degree from CITC.
