Brad Hays is an experienced Superintendent with a robust background in construction management, having held positions at W. H. Bass since February 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing project operations. Prior experience includes the role of Superintendent at Choate Construction Company from September 2006 to November 2010, managing subcontractors, budgets, and scheduling while ensuring jobsite safety and efficiency. Additional expertise was gained at W. H. Bass from July 2002 to August 2006, focusing on retail construction, and at Horizon Construction Co. from January 1998 to January 2002, specializing in Chick-Fil-A builds. Hays began a career in construction as a Carpenter and Carpenter Foreman with the CARPENTERS UNION from 1984 to 1989. Educational credentials include a Master of Physics in Acoustics and a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Georgia State University.
