Bryan Johnston

Bryan Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bryan began their career in 2000 as a Senior Associate at Emerging Search, where they focused on executive recruiting for venture-backed start-up companies. In 2002, they joined The Corban Group as the Director of Recruiting and Operations, overseeing recruitment services for management positions and handling back-office operations.

In 2010, Bryan joined Capstone Logistics, LLC, initially serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager before being promoted to Director of Talent Management. In these roles, they led recruiting efforts, collaborated with operations stakeholders, and developed high-potential associates through individual development plans.

From 2015 to 2022, Bryan worked at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in various roles. Bryan began as an Area Director, responsible for advancing FCA's influence in the Gwinnett area and managing board, staff, and donor development. Bryan later became the Metro Director for Atlanta East Metro and, finally, the Talent Advancement for Atlanta.

In 2022, Bryan joined WH Bass, Inc. General Contractors as the Vice President of Talent Management.
