Richard Shilleto

Richard Shilleto is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the plastics and automotive industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at WHS Plastics LTD since September 2023, Richard previously held roles including Sales Manager at Xandor Automotive (Plastics Division) from January 2017 to September 2023, and Head of Sales & New Product Introduction at Rosti Automotive from February 2016 to December 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at Rosti McKechnie Ltd from January 2012 to January 2016 and Account Manager at McKechnie Plastic Components from September 2000 to January 2012, along with various technical roles early in Richard’s career. Richard's education includes an HNC in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from The University of Huddersfield, alongside studies at York College of Further and Higher Education. Technical expertise encompasses toolmaking, mechanical and electrical maintenance, process engineering, development, and quality control.
