Todd Simmering

Todd Simmering has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Todd started their career as a Corrosion Engineering Co-op at Marathon Petroleum Company in 2011 and 2012. Todd then worked as a Production Engineering Intern at ConocoPhillips in 2013, where they assisted with well optimization and chemical treatment.

At ConocoPhillips, Todd held multiple positions, including Graduate Production Engineer, Integrated Operations Engineer, and Lead Production Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing chemical programs, streamlining decision-making processes, and working with vendors to optimize flow assurance and treatment volumes. Todd also led a team to restructure the failure analysis program and developed technology and data analytics projects to improve work efficiency and increase well production.

After their tenure at ConocoPhillips, Todd joined ABB in 2017 as an Account Manager and later became a Strategic Account Manager, focusing on data centers. In these roles, they managed key accounts and developed strategic relationships.

Currently, Todd is working at W-Industries as a Business Development Manager and the Vice President of Strategy Operations.

Todd Simmering completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at The University of Akron from 2009 to 2014. Todd then pursued a Master's degree in Corporate Finance at the University of Houston, which they successfully obtained from 2018 to 2020.
