Clayton Gethers

Clayton Gethers has had a diverse range of work experience in quality assurance and engineering roles. Clayton currently serves as the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at W International, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Clayton worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at W International from April 2020 to December 2021.

Before their time at W International, Clayton worked at IFA- North America LLC as a Quality Engineer from April 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing quality work instructions, training operators on updates, analyzing customer warranties, and assisting with prototype product measurements and process capability studies.

From 2008 to 2018, Clayton held multiple roles at CUMMINS TURBO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. Clayton started as a Process Documentation employee from January 2008 to June 2009. Clayton then transitioned to the role of Manufacturing Change Control from June 2009 to March 2012, where they managed manufacturing change activities and trained operators on approved changes. From March 2012 to December 2015, Clayton worked in Quality Systems, where they completed a 6Sigma project, introduced Layered Process Audits, and led the transformation and consolidation of machining process documents. Finally, from January 2016 to March 2018, Clayton worked as a Process Quality Engineering, focusing on quality systems and reports creation.

Before joining CUMMINS TURBO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, Clayton worked as a Maintenance Assistant at CUMMINS TURBO TECHNOLOGIES via Venturi Staffing from August 2007 to December 2007. In this role, they organized the maintenance inventory room and assisted in PLC applications and pump installations.

Clayton Gethers obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies from South Carolina State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the certification in IATF 16949: Lead Internal Auditor from CONCENTRIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC in November 2017.
