Sergio Lara

Sergio Lara is an experienced safety professional currently serving as the Safety Manager for the Northern California Region at W. L. Butler since March 2018. Prior to this role, Sergio spent three decades at American Medical Response as an Emergency Medical Technician, providing critical care within the Contra Costa County 911 system. Additionally, Sergio worked as a Site Safety Manager at Kinetics from December 2000 to August 2010, overseeing safety support for large projects, and as a Health And Safety Specialist at On-Site Health & Safety, focusing on refinery turnarounds and first aid response. Sergio holds an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Las Positas College, an OSHA 500 certification, and an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Los Medanos College.
