Randy Greer

Randy Greer has a work experience spanning over three decades in the construction industry. Randy started their career in 1979 as a Plumbing Apprentice at W. L. Gary Company, Inc. Randy then advanced to the role of Estimator/Project Manager at W. L. Gary Co., Inc. in 1982, where they worked until 1989. In 1990, Randy became the Executive Vice President at W.L. Gary Company, Inc., a position they currently hold.

Randy Greer obtained their Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, which they attended from 1975 to 1979. Following this, they attended the Plumbers Local #5 Apprentice School from 1979 to 1983, where they received a Journeyman Plumber degree. In addition to their formal education, Randy has also obtained additional certifications, including the 2019 Leadership Forum from Synergy Solution Group in September 2019 and the 2017 Mission Control Conference: a learning experience for dispatchers, also from Synergy Solution Group, in April 2017.
