Justin Gallivan

Justin Gallivan is a Senior Program Director at the W.M. KECK FOUNDATION since January 2022, and the Founder of Rockbluff Consulting, providing biotechnology consulting services since January 2019. Previously, Gallivan served as a Senior Scientist at the Air Force Research Laboratory and as a Program Manager at DARPA within the Biological Technologies Office. An academic career includes tenure as Winship Distinguished Research Professor of Chemistry at Emory University, where Gallivan led a prominent research group in synthetic biology and secured extensive grant funding. Gallivan's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Caltech and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
