Maxine Wally

Maxine Wally is the current Senior Digital Editor at W Magazine. Prior to this, they held various positions at different publications. From November 2014 to November 2015, they were a Freelance Contributor at Fortune Magazine where they wrote and edited posts pertaining to men's wear, hip-hop, and lifestyle. From November 2014 to January 2020, they were an Eye Reporter at WWD. From October 2013 to November 2014, Wally was a Weekend Contributor at COMPLEX (dba Complex Media, Inc.), writing and editing posts for the weekends pertaining to men's wear, hip-hop, and lifestyle. Wally has also been a Copy Editor at Headlines and Global News from April 2013 to October 2014 where they covered major international and national news stories, trending topics, and pieces related to travel.

In addition to their work in editing and reporting, Wally has also been a writer for Travelers Today from March 2013 to May 2013 and a Freelance Reporter and Writer for Chelsea Now from October 2012 to March 2013. Wally began their career as an intern, first as an Editorial Intern at Slake Media, LLC from October 2011 to February 2012 and then as a Research Intern at Los Angeles Magazine from June 2011 to September 2011. Maxine Wally is a skilled editor and reporter with a passion for writing about fashion, lifestyle, and travel.

Maxine Wally pursued a Bachelor's degree in Literary Journalism from UC Irvine. Maxine also attended Berkeley High School.
