Benoit Lam

Benoit Lam has a varied work experience starting in 2010 as a Business Manager Assistant at NATIXIS. Benoit then moved on to work as a Financial Analyst at BNP PARIBAS in 2011. In the same year, they co-founded and became the Managing Director of The Heart Of Europe Management, where they oversaw the growth and expansion of the company. In 2014, Benoit co-founded another company, W Management International, where they served as the CEO and played a key role in disrupting the traditional hospitality industry.

Benoit Lam began their education at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2006 and completed their bachelor's degree in Strategy and Entrepreneurship in 2009. Benoit then pursued further studies at Audencia, the French Business School of Management, where they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Markets and Risk Management from 2009 to 2012. In 2018 to 2019, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and earned a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment.
