Chintan Shah

Chintan Shah has over 15 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and nutritional industries. Chintan started their career as a Pharmaceutical Lab Scientist at Jilichem and Sarabhai laboratories in India, where they gained experience in formulation development and optimization. Chintan then worked at Nostrum Pharma as an Associate in the QA-R&D department, where they were responsible for formatting and controlling cGMP documentation. Chintan then joined Guardian Drug Company as a Product Formulation and Process Development specialist, before moving on to Bausch Health Companies Inc. There, they worked in global pharmaceutical product development, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and commercialize dietary supplements. Chintan also played a role in various technical development teams and was an active member of the Young Leaders Network (YLN) at Bausch. After leaving Bausch, Chintan joined Innophos as the Global Technical Sales and Services Lead for the Pharma and Nutrition division. In this role, they worked directly with pharmaceutical and dietary supplement companies, identifying growth opportunities and promoting new innovative products globally. Chintan provided commercial development leadership and executed business strategies for new products and markets. Most recently, Chintan joined W. R. Grace & Co. as the Lead Manager for Technical and Customer Service (TCS) in the Pharma and Nutrition sector.

Chintan Shah earned a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Industrial Pharmacy from St. John's University, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Registered Pharmacist of India (RPh) degree in Pharmacy.
