Jim Chapman

Jim Chapman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical sales and management within the chemical and refining industries. Currently serving as Senior Technical Sales Director at W. R. Grace since May 2017, Jim oversees a team of 12 in the Americas region, focusing on FCC and ART hydroprocessing product lines. Previous roles include Technical Sales Director and National Account Manager at W. R. Grace, where Jim managed accounts across various territories and set strategic directions for product implementation. Jim's career began at Eastman as a Co-Op Student and expanded at Albemarle, where Jim held multiple positions, including North America Regional Sales Manager for Refining Catalysts.
