Luke Kessler

Luke Kessler is a seasoned Senior Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co., leading catalyst research and evaluation since August 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing FCC pilot plant operations, catalyst deactivation, and fluidization while also managing various engineering roles daily. Prior experience encompasses positions as a Production Engineer, Site Environmental Lead, Reliability Engineer, and Safety Engineer within the Manufacturing Leadership Program, where Luke successfully handled operational directives, compliance reporting, and equipment troubleshooting. Additionally, Luke contributed as an R&D Engineering Intern, supporting specialty catalysts, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
