Mark Cluff

Mark Cluff joined Grace in April 2023 as Senior Vice President, Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality.

Prior to joining Grace, Mark was a corporate officer and Vice President of Safety and Operational Excellence at Williams Companies, a natural gas infrastructure company. In this role, he led the company through an effort to improve its safety culture; he also implemented an improved EHS management system closely integrated with the asset management system.

Before joining Williams, Mark was a senior operations leader and plant manager at Dupont. In this role, the plant achieved world-class safety performance, including more than 700 days without an employee recordable. Earlier in his career Mark served in project management and operations leadership positions at ExxonMobil Chemicals and Dupont.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering/Operations Management from Brigham Young University.
