Rob Upson

Rob Upson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rob is currently working at W. R. Grace as the Site Operations Director in Curtis Bay. Prior to this, they held the position of Integrated Supply Chain GMSP Leader at the same company. Before joining W. R. Grace, Rob worked for Nufarm as the Director of Manufacturing for North America. Rob started their career at DuPont, where they held multiple roles including Environment Health Safety Manager, Unit Operations Leader, Area Operations Manager, LEAN Continuous Improvement Leader, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Lead Process Engineer/Safety Resource, Shift Team Leader, and Process Engineer.

Rob Upson attended Salesianum School from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 2000, they studied Chemical Engineering at Virginia Tech and obtained their degree in Chemical Engineering. In terms of certifications, Rob Upson has obtained a Prosci Change Management certification from Prosci in 2017. Rob also has certifications in LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and TAPRoot Advanced Root Cause Failure Analysis, obtained from various institutions.
