Steve Broadwater, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Steve has held various technical and managerial roles throughout their career.

At W. R. Grace, they served as the Director of Product Management, Materials Technologies, responsible for managing the global Colloidal and Metakaolin product offering and its financial performance.
