Susan McDorman

Susan McDorman has over two decades of experience in human resources and systems management, with a significant tenure at W.R. Grace. Beginning as a Programmer Analyst/Web Editor at Grace Davison in 1997, Susan advanced through various roles to become the Senior Analyst for HR Systems, followed by Manager of HR Operations from 2010 to 2015. Since February 2016, Susan has been serving as Global HRIS Manager and later as Director for Global HR Systems & Shared Services at W.R. Grace. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in EBusiness from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2002 and 2005.
