W.S. Cumby was founded in 1981 by William Cumby, Sr. and William (Bill) Cumby, Jr. We are proud to see it enter its 40th year under the leadership of Bill, Jr. and William (Bill) Cumby, III. As owners, we are intimately involved in every project W.S. Cumby takes on. Our organization is led by three simple core values:

Across our team of over 50 professionals we employ estimating and preconstruction specialists, project managers and project engineers, site superintendents, a field team of carpenters and laborers, and support staff in accounting and project management support. Our offices are in Springfield, Delaware County, PA. 

W.S. Cumby offers Construction Management, General Contractor, and Design Build services.  We offer the detail-focused approach and craftsmanship of a boutique construction manager with the expertise and market presence of a larger firm. 
 
We are proud of the hundreds of fine buildings we have built over the years. We are even more proud of the relationships we have built and the integrity we have brought to every project. It is the buildings and the relationships of the past forty years and the organization in place today – committed to even greater accomplishments – that is Bill Cumby, Sr.’s legacy.
