Alexandre Mandel

Alexandre Mandel currently serves as a Senior Equity Partner and Head of the Banking and Financial Institutions division at W Talent, a position held since January 2024, focusing on top talent acquisition in various sectors including Corporate Banking and Asset Management. In addition, Alexandre co-founded Lift Foils Switzerland in May 2021, which specializes in distributing Lift Foils products, renowned for their quality and innovation in efoils. Previously, Alexandre founded Paul Mandel Partners, a financial markets recruitment firm, and served as Director of Banking at Michael Page. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Banking Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. Alexandre holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Grenoble.
