Joe Woolley

Joe Woolley has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe started their career in 1983 working as an Estimator/Project Manager for Harper Contracting, Inc., where they stayed until 2004. Following this role, Joe joined Geneva Rock Products as a Senior Project Manager from 2007 to 2009. Joe then moved to W.W. Clyde & Co. in 2010 and served as the Director of Business Development. In 2018, Joe retired and focused on their role as a family man. However, in 2019, they took up a part-time position as an Adjunct Instructor at Assdociated General Contracors/Mountainland Applied Technology College, where they are currently employed. Overall, Joe has gained extensive experience in project management, business development, and teaching.

Joe Woolley attended Notre Dame High School in Harper Woods, Michigan from 1961 to 1965. Joe then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan from 1976 to 1979.
