Ron Loder

Ron Loder is a skilled Project Manager and Estimator with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Estimator at W W Gay Mechanical Contractor, Inc. since February 2018, Ron is also the Owner of RL Mechanical LLC, providing consultation and oversight for industrial construction projects. Previous roles include Project Manager at Central Maintenance and Welding, Inc., Mechanical Superintendent at Johnson Controls, and Project Manager/Mechanical Designer at TNT Maintenance & Erectors LLC, among others. Ron has a strong background in managing diverse projects across various industries, including phosphate, chemical, sanitary food, and power, highlighted by supervision of significant work at the Boeing Delta IV Launch Site. Education was completed at Zephyrhills High School.
