Bryan Einwalter is an experienced engineering leader with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of Resiliency Engineering at Grainger since May 2012, Bryan has previously held multiple leadership roles including Director of Engineering and Director of Performance Engineering. Prior to joining Grainger, Bryan was with Sears Holdings Corporation for 18 years, where responsibilities included leading performance engineering teams and ensuring high-quality web experiences. Noteworthy projects include overseeing significant e-commerce platform migrations and developing e-commerce sites to support millions of visitors daily. Bryan holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 1994.
