Dan Boysen

Dan Boysen is an experienced User Experience Designer with a diverse background spanning over two decades in interactive design and user experience. Currently serving as the Lead User Experience Designer at Grainger since December 2018, Dan previously held roles as a User Experience Strategist and Manager at Allstate, where responsibilities included overseeing the Claims vertical's user experience initiatives. Dan also worked as a Principal UX Designer at Lextech Global Services and a Senior Visual Designer at Grainger, focusing on e-commerce design solutions. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding Elevated Line Design, where Dan managed all business aspects while providing interactive design services. Dan has held creative leadership roles in companies like Trinsic Interactive and Buzzbait, and has extensive freelance experience with various agencies. Dan holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has participated in a study abroad program in Cortona, Italy.
