Currently serving as a Technical Advisor and Executive Coach, Eric leverages their extensive knowledge in lean startup methodologies to elevate engineering teams. Previously, Eric held significant leadership roles, including Head of Engineering at Facebook, where they spearheaded enhancements to the News Feed experience for over 2 billion users, and at Etsy, where they grew the engineering team from 10 to over 100.
