Kurt Norem

Kurt Norem is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience at Grainger, currently serving as Senior Director of Regional Distribution, where responsibilities include leading distribution operations at the Kansas City Distribution Center and other locations. Previous roles at Grainger include directing customer service and sales growth in the Central U.S., as well as overseeing national initiatives for the KeepStock program, enhancing customer service and inventory management capabilities. Norem began a career in the United States Army, achieving ranks from Second Lieutenant to Major, and has a solid educational foundation with a BS in History from Iowa State University and an MA in Management from Webster University.
