Leslie Basedow

Leslie Basedow is the Vice President of Sales Enablement and Operations at W.W. Grainger, where they lead a team dedicated to optimizing sales effectiveness across North America. They have held various leadership roles at Grainger and previously at Kraft Foods, demonstrating a strong background in strategy design and organizational change. Leslie's expertise includes business strategy, sales operations, and P&L management, supported by a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, they serve on the Women's Board of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, leading the Grants Committee.
